The Light Oak Team

The Light Oak Team is a family affair, one that has been a long time in the making.  Our journey starts with our managing broker, Dave Pasque, owner of NewHeight Real Estate Services LLC.

Dave has had a 40+ year career in real estate services and has run and managed NewHeight since the 80's.  Dave had a storied career, primarily in commercial real estate, however he has never been far from residential real estate.

Anyone who knows Dave, knows he is hard working, thorough, knowledgeable, honest and has a huge heart.  This big heart of his led him to support his family along the way in some pretty cool ways through their own real estate endeavors.  Whether he knew it or not, he was imprinting a story on his nephews own hearts.  One that would eventually evolve to the Light Oak Team.  

Peter Pasque is Light Oak Team's lead real estate broker.  Peter and Dave work closely together to bring residential and commercial services to their loyal customer base.
